Cozy Home Home Performance Assessment
Subsidized by Mass Save depending on utility

Our approach to comprehensive home performance services begins with a thorough home energy assessment. We will spend as much time at your house as needed to identified the opportunities for improving your home’s energy and comfort performance: the Mass Save rebate-eligible measures as well as more comprehensive measures that fall outside of program standards.  The Cozy Home approach is based on your needs with building science as the guide.

When we get back to the office your report and ‘energy smart plan’ is crafted, complete with infrared images and detailed explanations of what is going on in your house. You will notice immediately the value of this colorful and educational Report. A Proposal follows, which details the recommended installation measures along with cost quotes.  After reviewing this document with you in person or on the phone, we finalize the work-scope to suit your needs and identify all eligible Mass Save rebates and incentives. As the retrofit work is performed by our certified technicians, the Building Analyst that you have been working with is always available to review project details with you.

If you are looking for comprehensive retrofit services, we are confident that our approach to home performance services, with an emphasis on customer service and education, is right for you.

Visit our main Home Performance Assessment page for an overview of the service and for pricing.
Utility assessment subsidies that apply to the comprehensive energy assessment vary by region and utility.
The cost of our comprehensive Home Performance Assessment is $375+
