Addressing building air leakage and inefficiencies requires a comprehensive, house-as-a-system approach.
1. Schedule a site visit with Cozy Home Performance- We offer a basic Evaluation and a comprehensive Home Performance Assessment.
2. Review the Proposal based on a custom Energy Smart Plan customized to meet your goals for improved health, comfort, and energy savings. All available rebates are considered to maximize the cost-effectiveness.
3. Technicians go to work- With appropriate code-compliant materials we seal air leaks in order of highest priority. See images below for examples of common focus areas.
4. Success is confirmed- using Blower door and infrared cameras to verify that goals for air leakage reduction have been met. We confirm that your home is safer and healthier than before we came.
