Mark is deeply committed to sustainable practices that help people live more ecologically. He founded Cozy Home Performance, LLC in 2006 to serve as a local solution to address today’s serious energy, environmental and economical issues. When not helping clients increase their comfort, health and savings, Mark is out on foot, bike and ski enjoying the beautiful landscapes of New England. And, of course, playing fantastic Uncle to his wonderful nieces and nephews.Mark is a BPI Certified Building Analyst, Heating and Envelope Professional, Level I Infrared Thermographer and  HERS Rater.
Jennifer LaValley Administration Director
IR_6649 Utilizing her talent and experience in business management, accounting, website design, and graphic design, Jennifer keeps the administrative side of the business running smoothly.  Her excitement for the job and the mission helps to keep the operations efficient, so that we can provide a better, more cost-effective service to our direct clients. Although you may not see her in the field on a daily basis, our operations would grind to a halt without her.
Gary Gronokowski Program Director and Senior Field Technician
IR_6629 Gary has a background in construction, maintenance and management. Gary is a BPI Certified Building Analyst and Envelope Professional and HERS Rater. Gary appreciates that he is converting drafty homes into comfortable, energy efficient homes. “I feel that I am working with CHP and also directly serving the homeowner. There is so much work to be done in order to decrease the amount of energy that is consumed and I feel like I am doing my part, one house at time.”
Brian Keaney Field Supervisor and Senior Field Technician
IR_6627 Brian is a BPI Certified Building Analyst, Envelope and Heating Professional. Brian has a passion for systems thinking and the desire to empower people to be more independent in their homes through increased comfort and decreased fossil fuel dependence. In this job, Brian satisfies his thirst for empowering people to live more sustainably and for furthering his knowledge of building systems.
Nick Moore Field Technician

Nick brings with him experience in electrical wiring for residential and commercial buildings. His excitement for the work belies his experience in this particular field.  He is proof positive that even those without specific experience in a given field can catapult to the “head of the class” with the right attitude and outlook.  We are happy to have him on the crew, and reap the benefits daily from this addition.
Casey Beaulieu
Field Technician
 IMG_2014 Casey is the newest member of the CHP crew. He joins us as an experienced Spray foam technician. Casey is a great addition to our team, he communicates well and is eager to learn and invest in his energy in a company he believes in.
Ezmae Team Mascot
Ezmae makes everyday better. She is a rescue dog south of Mason-Dixon line. She was found at the Sterling Animal Shelter in Sterling, MA. This is a terrific animal shelter!
