First off, I want to say how happy I am with the work you and your team carried out here. As you predicted, the difference in comfort is amazing, fabulous, a total surprise. In addition, the team–Gary, Thomas, Brian, Jay–were wonderful; they could not have been better. Considerate, thorough, workmanly, and all with a sense of humor, kindness, intelligence and definitely out-of-the-box life stories to tell. I enjoyed both their workmanship and their company, which went a long long way to alleviating a process that, as I mentioned to you, I found a bit more of an ordeal than I had expected. I do hope you will share these follow-up sentiments with them. They did a great job that I am appreciating more with every passing day, and I’d like them to know it.
I already hosted my first “walk through” for the neighbors up the hill and a friend from Brattleboro. The neighbors up the hill said, “Oh, it’s great, I wish we could do this.” They think they can’t afford it. I suggested that they contact you and work on a plan with a budget, but they brushed it aside. However, I see them regularly, so we’ll see.
